NOTE: These mods are not required to be in the guild. Like all mods, they just make life a little easier.
1) Gatherer (http://wow.curse.com/...) - For Herbalists/Miners, this addon allows you to share node locations and receive locations from other guildies.
2) Omen (http://wow.curse.com/...) - For raiding, it monitors your threat on your current target, so you don't pull off the tank and eat a sword for dessert.
3) Deadly Boss Mods (http://wow.curse.com/...) - For raiding, it tells you when special boss abilities will happen, along with a countdown to those abilities, because it's easier to deal with in advance.
4) Recount (http://wow.curse.com/...) - For raiding/instancing, a handy Damage/DPS/Heal meter, so you can stop bugging everyone else for the charts.
5) QuestHelper (http://wow.curse.com/...) - For questing, when you have no time for any of that reading bullcrap.
6) OmniCC (http://wow.curse.com/...) - For general use, instead of relying on a wipe and a flash to check your cooldowns, this addon gives you a nice gigantic number on your button.
7) HealBot (http://wow.curse.com/...) - For healing, when set up with your assorted healing spells, allows you to heal by merely clicking on the person.
8) Decursive (http://wow.curse.com/...) - For raiding/instancing, to clean up all the curses, poisons, and diseases off your fellow guildies.
